Having lived and traveled around North and South America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Marianne brings a unique global perspective. As a native English and French speaker, as well as fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and Swedish, she can unearth stories that those with limited language skills wouldn’t have access to.

Additionally, she’s an accomplished scholar and practitioner in the field of Peace Journalism.
